How does it feel to live without freedom - new Facebook app by European Parliament

The European Parliament has launched an application on Facebook called "Without Freedom", which simulates the absence of human rights, focusing on freedom of expression among users.

It is an initiative designed with the objective of defending freedom of expression as fundamental human right, especially in the context of current Internet technology, which starts playing an important role in the evolution of social dynamics.

Youth in Moldova saves nature as part of learning European and local values

EuroClub "United European Youth" is always active and constantly looking for new opportunities to engage youth in more intense socio-cultural and educational projects that will bring new experience for young people, and with this capital make their future brighter and achievement even more spectacular.

On 27/11/11 in Moldovan city Cahul a sanitation action was done by a group of young activists called EuroClub "United European Youth", aimed at promoting traditional values ​​as well as European ones among youth.

Educational Center in Minsk promotes EU studies in schools throughout Belarus

Minsk-based NGO Education Center "Post"  is actively working to promote the theme of the EU system of formal and informal education in Belarus since 2007. In this topic we have conducted seminars for school teachers, university professors, representatives of public organizations, as well as published a number of publication on EU studies.

Our publications include: Book "Unity in diversity. About the European Union, in school," CD "Unity in Diversity: The European Union (history, values, mechanisms and prospects for development)," a set of cards "Countries in the European Union," the book "Our neighbor EU: manual for teachers of educational institutions".

Sprouts of Euroclubs movement are growing in Poltava, Ukraine

Euroclub "Parostock" (sprout) in Poltava carries out activities for over 7 years. Our pupils take part in some international projects, study additional subjects, such as European Studies, cultural science and more.

European Schools for a Living Planet - conference in Sambir, Ukraine

On December, 8 in Sambir School № 8 a conference was held on the topic of the river Dnister, which flows in Sambir, its future, our steps of taking care of it, making our town and school a better and greener place to live.

Promotion of Euroclubs in Larger Europe - via Facebook

A Facebook group was created for leaders of Euroclubs and resource persons, aiming to promote the development of Euroclubs networks in larger Europe. 

The current task is to share field information on the presence of Euroclubs in counties such as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Russia.

Members of Ternopil Euroclub set Planet in Motion

On 22 September 2011 Ternopil School Euroclub “Friendship” and Ternopil school № 29 joined the universal movement “Moving Planet” and arranged a number of activities for schoolchildren to get to know more about ecology and the ways to save our planet. 

Junior pupils took part in a creative works competition on ecology. They drew pictures, made posters and even wrote poems about the ways they take care of our planet and keep it clean.

Changing Europe - new blog for Euroclubs in English

This new blog is the result of an idea of an English language blog for youth, who wishes to share their values and activities which unite Europe.

The idea was discussed at the Summer camp for Euroclubs 2011, which took place on 18-21 August in Krym, Ukraine.
